Share a Property Website on Facebook

2 min read Facebook

Share the public property website URL when you want people to explore the full listing. Upload the delivered video file when you want to publish a video post.

Choose where to post

Use the Facebook Page or profile you intend to publish from, and check its audience before posting. For a business Page, confirm you have permission to create content; see Meta's Page access guide.

If you need a business Page

Use Facebook's Page creation flow and follow the current prompts. If your brokerage already has a Page, ask its manager for access rather than creating a duplicate. You do not need Business Manager or a Pixel just to share a listing link.

Share the full property website

  1. Open the public property website from your order and confirm it loads without your QwikVid login.
  2. In the order sidebar, open Share listing and choose Copy link or Share on Facebook. Sharing becomes available when the included property website is active and delivered. The tool uses the public QwikVid property URL, not a private order or download URL.
  3. The Facebook button opens a composer; it does not publish automatically. If you need a different Page or profile, use Copy link and paste it into the correct Facebook composer. Allow the preview to load.
  4. Add your own caption and check the image, title, destination and audience before publishing. Do not assume the preview itself can be edited in the composer.

If the image or title is stale, follow the Facebook preview troubleshooting steps before posting.

Upload a delivered video

  1. Open the order from your projects and download the delivered video file you intend to share.
  2. Use Facebook's video upload option for the Page or profile and select the downloaded file. Follow the upload flow shown for your account.
  3. Wait for processing, preview the video, and check the caption and audience. Add the public property URL to your caption if you want viewers to reach the full listing.
  4. Publish when the preview is correct, then open the post to verify the link and video.

If sharing fails

For a property URL that does not load, contact QwikVid with the order number and URL. For a Facebook upload or publishing error, keep the exact error and check the Page permissions and Meta's guidance. A successful QwikVid download does not guarantee that Facebook has finished processing the video.
