Cookies are small pieces of information saved by your browser. QwikVid uses essential cookies to keep your account and orders working. You choose whether to allow our optional analytics, marketing and live chat tools.
1. Your choices
Optional tools stay off until you allow them. Choose Reject optional to keep only essential cookies, or select individual categories in Cookie preferences. Reopen preferences using the link at the bottom of the page.
2. Essential cookies and storage
These support sign-in, security, order forms, payments and your privacy choices. They are always available because the requested service depends on them. Examples include QVUSERKEY, QVUSERID, authentication or session cookies, and qv_cookie_preferences. Order drafts may use local storage so you can continue an unfinished order.
Your cookie choices last up to 180 days from when you save them; ordinary visits do not extend this period. Authentication and session expiry depend on the service. Rejecting optional cookies does not sign you out, remove your order draft or prevent checkout.
3. Analytics and session recording
With permission, we may use Google Analytics and FullStory where configured to measure usage and investigate problems. FullStory can record interactions such as clicks, scrolling and navigation. On signed-in pages, activity may be associated with your account identity. This activity is not necessarily anonymous.
Example cookie names include _ga, _ga_*, _gid, _gat, fs_uid and fs_session. Names and lifetimes depend on provider configuration. Turning this category off prevents QwikVid from loading these optional scripts on subsequent page loads.
4. Marketing
This permits campaign attribution and advertising measurement. Our utm_key cookie connects tagged campaign visits with subsequent activity and can last up to one year. When Marketing is off, we stop reading or creating it for attribution and remove the accessible cookie in your browser.
Google Tag Manager can load measurement or marketing tags. We load that container only when both Analytics and Marketing are allowed. Marketing stays off when we detect your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, including when you accept other available categories.
5. Live chat
Front and Tawk provide chat on selected pages. Their scripts and related storage load only when Live chat is allowed. When you are signed in, chat may receive your name and email to help with your account. With chat off, you can still use the Help Center or call 800.971.3206.
6. Changing a choice or clearing cookies
Use Cookie preferences at any time. Turning off a previously enabled category reloads the current page to stop tools already loaded, so save unfinished work first. Reload other open QwikVid tabs to finish applying the change there. We remove known optional cookies that this site can access; this does not delete information already received by a provider or cookies belonging to another website.
Choices apply to this browser and website host. Set them again on another browser, device or separately hosted listing site. Private browsing, clearing site data, blocked cookies or expired preferences can cause the banner to return. If your browser cannot save a choice, optional tools stay off.
You can also manage cookies in your browser. See Google Chrome's cookie settings or your browser's built-in privacy help. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in and other requested services.
7. Media, payments and external sites
Listing pages can include third-party video, tours and maps that connect to their provider when displayed or played. Payment providers also process information when you use payment features. These preferences control QwikVid's analytics, marketing and chat scripts; they do not control every third-party embed, payment service, external link or provider website. Consult the relevant provider's privacy information when using those features.
