What's Included
When you hire Qwikvid to film your real estate listing, we send an experienced videographer who will typically take about an hour on-site to capture video for the listing. Our videographers have hundreds of jobs under their belt, and each is very familiar with what they need to look for with real estate listings. However, we're also very open to direction and love to experiment and learn new creative ways to film. If you like things done a certain way - don't be shy!
After our videographers have filmed all their listings for the day (typically 2 to 4), the footage goes through an editing process where we organize, clip, blend, add titles, transition effects, music, and more. We target making the video about two minutes unless you tell us otherwise. Finally, the video is encoded and optimized for web consumption.
The next morning or within our promised delivery window, you'll get an email with links to share and download your media. Occasionally, you or your client may want a few adjustments made to the video - which is no problem. We automatically provide one free edit on each order. Subsequent edits are available for a small fee based on time.
As an added benefit, Qwikvid provides a free widget that can be customized and placed on your website. If you choose to use this feature whenever you order with us, the new listing will automatically populate directly to your site.
