Understand Your Property Website Traffic

2 min read Making Changes

Property website reports help you discuss listing activity with your seller. They measure activity recorded on the QwikVid property site, not every view on an MLS or social network.

Review your property report

Open the property from your projects and use its report link when available. For scheduled updates, follow Set Up a Weekly Seller Report. If you cannot find the report for an order, ask support for the correct property report link.

Interpret the numbers carefully

  • Page views count recorded page visits; repeat visits can contribute more than once.
  • Unique visitors are an estimate based on the report's identification method. Shared connections and changing devices mean they are not a count of individual buyers.
  • Video activity reflects the events captured by the report. Do not describe a play count as complete views unless the report specifically identifies completed playback.
  • Referral information can help identify traffic sources, but browsers and apps do not always pass that information.

Make the report useful to your seller

Compare the same date ranges and note when you posted the property link or launched a campaign. Use actual inquiries and showing feedback alongside traffic; a page view is not a qualified lead or an offer.

If results appear missing, check the public URL, reporting date range and report delivery settings. Send support the order number, report URL and dates you expected to see. For inquiry notifications, use the lead alert guide.

Still need help?
