Check what the MLS requires
- Accepted file types, such as JPEG.
- Minimum or maximum pixel width and height.
- Maximum file size and any required aspect ratio.
- Rules about branding, watermarks and digitally altered images.
Choose a download and resize a copy
Start with the photo files available for your order. Keep the originals, then follow our guide to resizing listing photos. Preserve proportions and check the crop before uploading.
If your MLS needs more detail than the available download provides, check whether high-resolution photos are included or available for your order. Enlarging a small file does not recreate the original detail.
Ask for help with a rejected upload
Send support your order number, the MLS's image requirements and the exact error message. If you know about a special image requirement before the shoot, include it in your order instructions.
