Download options
Available files depend on the services and upgrades in your order. Payment and media processing must be complete before the corresponding downloads are available.
Download via email links
Open your order completion email and choose the link for the photos or video you need. Save the file to your device. If photos arrive in a ZIP archive, extract it before selecting individual images for upload.
Download files online
- Sign in to QwikVid with the email address associated with the order.
- Find the property in your orders and open its order details.
- Choose the available download for the media you need and save it to your device.
Missing download options
- Confirm that the order is paid and the requested media has finished processing.
- For high-resolution photos, check whether that option was included or added to the order.
- If a download fails, try the link again. If it still fails, contact support with the order number and the name of the download.
Prepare your files for publishing
