Real Estate Photography Cost: Packages and Pricing

3 min read Planning Your Shoot

Real estate photography cost depends on what you need captured and delivered. Compare the complete listing package: coverage, editing, file options and any video, aerial or 3D media. Get a QwikVid quote for current options, pricing and availability for your property.

What affects a real estate photography quote?

  • Location. Enter the actual property address so the quote can use the relevant service area and availability.
  • Size and scope. Provide accurate square footage and mention detached buildings, extensive grounds or other coverage you need.
  • Services. Photography, listing video, drone coverage, twilight photography and Matterport tours are different deliverables. Check which are included in the package you select.
  • Timing. Choose an available appointment and discuss special delivery requirements before ordering. Do not assume a request is included until confirmed.
  • File and website options. Check download formats, high-resolution options, property websites and any custom-domain terms.

Compare what is included

Packages with similar names can cover different work. Before comparing totals, check each quote for:

  1. Coverage: the interiors, exteriors and priority features to be captured, plus any limits or additional appointment time.
  2. Finished media: which edited photos, videos, aerial images, 3D tours or floor plans you will receive.
  3. Delivery: the expected turnaround and how files will be accessed.
  4. Publishing: sizes and formats suitable for your MLS, website or print needs.
  5. Optional services: which items are already included and which add to the total.
  6. Changes and ongoing costs: appointment changes, revisions, domain renewals or other terms that apply to the selected services.

For example, compare a photography package plus separately selected aerial images with a package that already includes aerial coverage. Compare the final selections and total, rather than adding an included service again.

Choose media that supports the listing

Photography

Interior and exterior photography gives buyers a clear view of the spaces. Prepare the property and identify its strongest features so the appointment can focus on the shots you need.

Drone and twilight images

Aerial photography can help show the setting, lot or views. Twilight photography can highlight exterior lighting and outdoor spaces. Ask about suitability and availability for the property.

Video, 3D tours and floor plans

Listing video presents a guided sequence of views; Matterport tours let viewers explore room connections. Check floor-plan options and any required companion service in the quote.

How to get an accurate QwikVid quote

  1. Enter the property location and square footage in Quick Quote.
  2. Choose an available appointment and review the packages, individual services and add-ons offered.
  3. Expand item descriptions and check the selections and total before continuing.
  4. Confirm special coverage, access or delivery requirements with the team before the appointment.

The current quote is the place to check pricing for your selections. This guide does not set a fixed national rate or promise that every service is available at every address.

Prepare for the appointment

Use the home preparation checklist, check your MLS photo requirements, and review the service terms. Early planning helps you communicate requirements before the work begins.
