Use QwikVid's copyright report form if a photo, video or other material hosted on QwikVid uses your copyrighted work without permission.
Before you report
Confirm that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for its owner. Owning a property does not, by itself, establish ownership of the photos taken there. Check the relevant agreement or license. For an order correction, an unwanted listing or a billing question, contact support instead.
Prepare a complete report
- Identify the original work and explain which material you believe infringes it.
- Copy the exact QwikVid page or media URLs. Include the order number if known; a general reference to a property is harder to investigate.
- Provide your name, contact details and authority to act.
- Read the declarations in the copyright report form, complete them accurately, and sign the notice.
- Keep a copy of what you submitted and any subsequent correspondence.
After submitting
Watch the contact address you provided for follow-up questions. A report is a request for review; it is not a guarantee of immediate removal. Do not submit repeated notices simply because you have not received an update.
A DMCA notice has legal consequences, including potential liability for knowing material misrepresentations. If you are unsure about ownership, permission or fair use, seek qualified legal advice. See the U.S. Copyright Office's notice and takedown guidance.
