Download the delivered listing video to your iPad when you need to show it without relying on the property website or an internet connection.
Download the video
- In Safari, sign in to your projects and open the order.
- Open Media and use the download action for the delivered video you need. See the download guide if the file is not ready or payment is required.
- Accept Safari's download prompt if shown. If a link opens the video instead, touch and hold the download link and choose Download Linked File when offered.
- Wait for the download to finish. Open Files and find the file in Downloads, or use Safari's Downloads button.
Check it before your showing
Open the saved file and play it through. Make sure it is available locally, then test playback without an internet connection before relying on it at the property. Check free device storage if the download fails.
