Use the password reset page to regain access to your existing QwikVid account.
Request a password reset
- Enter the email address associated with your QwikVid account.
- Submit the form, then check your inbox and spam or junk folder for the reset email.
- Open the secure link and follow the instructions to choose and confirm a new password.
- Return to the sign-in page and use your new password.
If the link does not work
Request a fresh reset email and use its link. Reset links can expire or become unavailable after use. If you requested more than one email, start with the newest one.
If you have not set a password yet
For an account created by QwikVid staff, open the welcome email and choose Set up your password. An expired setup link offers an option to request a replacement.
If you no longer have access to your account email or still cannot continue, contact support. Include your account email and the error message, but never your password or reset link.
