Renew the domain for a QwikVid property website before its registration expires. The domain is the custom address, such as www.123example.com; it is separate from your QwikVid account.
Find the renewal option
- Sign in to your projects and locate the property.
- Open the listing's details in the project list and look for the website expiration date and Extend link.
- Review the domain, renewal period and current price shown at checkout before paying.
- Wait for the renewal result and check the updated expiration date. Keep the confirmation for your records.
If renewal needs attention
If the domain has expired, Extend is missing, or checkout asks you to contact QwikVid, send support the order number and domain. Availability, recovery options and costs depend on the domain's current status; do not assume a fixed grace period.
If payment was received but renewal still needs attention, contact support with the confirmation rather than paying again. A payment receipt alone does not prove the domain registration has been extended.
