Change the music on a delivered listing or MLS video from the order's Media tab. The new version is processed in the background.
Choose and save music
- Open the property in your projects, then choose Media.
- Find the video version you want to change and select Change Music.
- Preview and choose a library track, or upload audio you have permission to use. Custom audio accepts MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG or FLAC files smaller than 50 MB.
- Wait until a custom upload is attached and selected, then choose Save Changes.
- Wait for the background music job to finish. Preview the updated video before downloading or sharing it.
Check the correct version
Listing and MLS videos are separate versions. Make sure the save confirmation identifies the version you intended to change. Saving a music choice does not mean a replacement video is already ready.
If processing fails
If the upload fails, check the file format, size and connection. If processing needs attention, contact support with the order number, video version, selected track and error message. Avoid repeatedly saving while a job is processing.
Only upload audio you are authorized to use in the listing and on the channels where you plan to share it. QwikVid cannot guarantee that a social platform will accept your music or clear a rights claim.
