Earnings

What you can earn

Pay varies by project and location. You'll always see the pay before you accept a job. Here's what QwikVid has paid on completed projects over the past two years.
Photography Projects$105 – $165Most completed photo jobs paid within this range
Video Projects$105 – $115Most completed video jobs paid within this range
Common Add-ons+ $15 – $90Extra pay for eligible add-ons, depending on the work
People who completed 10 or more jobs in a month typically earned about $1,500 – $3,150 that month.

Based on 1,221 paid QwikVid projects completed from August 2024 through August 2026. These are examples, not guaranteed pay. Your earnings depend on the jobs you accept, your location, and the work required. Drone jobs require a current FAA Part 107 certificate.

What you'll need

No minimum experience required, but you should have quality gear and a passion for great photos.

Required

  • DSLR or mirrorless camera body
  • Wide-angle lens (16–35mm equivalent)
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android) to run the QwikVid app
  • Tripod (strongly recommended)

Nice to have

  • Drone with FAA Part 107 certification (unlocks aerial add-ons)
  • Flash or artificial lighting kit
  • 360° camera
  • Gimbal for video stabilization
  • Prior real estate photography portfolio
